§ 5.04.010. Tax collections by county.

The assessment and tax collection duties performed by the assessor and by the tax collector of the city of La Mesa are hereby transferred to the assessor and tax collector of the county of San Diego for the purpose of assessment and collection of and for ad valorem property taxes.
